Plan 1 – Week 17

Just the long run on the Sunday. Bit of soreness in knee. But seems to have cleared up now (Following week)

Just gets a bit tight and sore. More of a mental confidence thing as its an old injury. Always seems to clear up in a few days. Just annoying at the time when it happens

Knee, long standing post op arthritis.

It’s the right thing to do. You’ve missed very few runs in this plan, so the odd one isn’t going to have much impact. But letting me know is really important so then I can tweak the plan if need be to ensure you are ready for the marathon in a few months time. But keep up the great work Andy and thanks for leaving the feedback, it really does make a difference.
