LOAD: 15

Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Had to move this to today from Wednesday but all done ok with no issues. I just wish I could get excited about S & C but all the time I manage to get it done it ticks the box for the plan as a whole 😊😊

I find it a grind. My best tip is find a TV program you enjoy or film even, that you only watch when you do S&C. It makes me look forward to it knowing I can catch up on that show or watch another 15-20 mins of the film. Really well done Andy.
