Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

A pretty hard group run and Linz took us up to Ore then along the seafront into a strong wind (she must hate us) and I was a little tired from Tuesday, not an easy run but I got through it fine. Strides were OK, started slowly then got quicker (each rep 18 – 15s).

Into the wind as well as the hill, that’s just mean. All my routes I plan to have the wind behind. Perhaps I’m too soft on you guys. Hills reps every week (into the wind) from now on. Sorry this wasn’t much fun, but I guess when you had such a nice run on the trails Tuesday this was always going to be a bit of a come down. Job done though, so well done Sam.
