Plan 1 – Week 12

I am feeling very optimistic about the plan.

I thought the 8 minutes on Friday was going to be impossible so was really pleased with myself after Friday.

I done my second run Sunday evening, the shorter reps, and really enjoyed it. I thought the timer was wrong so ended up doing an extra rep. It was also in a completely new place where I have never run before and it was busy so really proud of myself for doing it there. Charlie scooted alongside me which helped.

Not looking forward to the 9 minutes Wednesday but I always say that and end up enjoying it haha.

Strength and conditioning sessions also going well, staying consistent with them. Side Planks a bit rough but need to get used to them.

Brilliant, you are doing so well. The biggest thing for me is the added confidence you’ve talked about that the running has now given you. So if you do ever worry, just remind yourself what a difference its already made and that’s bigger than the actual running in my opinion. See you Wednesday.
