Plan 1 – Week 8

Great week seeing how i had alot of medication issues going on. This should resolve this week or next. 2 sessions done with Hastings Runners.Β  Core group on Wednesday which I found more challenging. I’m particularly proud of running all the way up Horntye Hill! Steve’s group was great with less steps and more running this week. I had to move faster to keep up with the front of the group! Parkrun was interesting with me feeling quite tired half way through but ending up with a fastest time! All round solid week. Oh and I’ve finally got the leg exercises right with the help of Ben! Plan going well I feel!

I love how involved you are right now. 3 runs and none of them solo. At times the solo runs can help but the best thing about running is the community, so the more you can surround yourself with others, the better. And to achieve all that with less sleep and issues with your meds shows even more courage. Fantastic work Lucy, keep it up.
