Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Hip Thrusts 3 x 12 (50kg)
DeadLift 3 x 12 (50kg)
Step Ups 3 x 10 (9kg)
Leg Curl 3 x 12 (35kg)
Ab Crunch 3 x 10 (53kg)
Bent Knee Calf Raises 3 x 12 (40kg)
Forward Lunge and Rotation 3 x 10 (7kg)

Woke up feeling a bit rough, but I was determined to get this session done, even if it means spending the rest of the day in bed. Abs crunch machine is still broken, which I asked about, and I was told that I can apparently be used standing up. Tried it and fuck knows how that supposed to work, so I did 3 x 20 sit ups instead. I think I’m now gonna sleep for most of the day 🤷🏻‍♂️😂
