Legs are feeling strong. No longer focussing on one foot infront of the other. Now more strategically planning my pacing etc for races. Running is truly becoming second nature now

Sorry about Battle not appearing on your dashboard. I simply forgot to tick Sunday in my admin section, so it’s there now. Fantastic time by the way. I’ve copied the feedback and saved it to your dashboard so it’s there for future reference if you ever want to look back on that one. In terms of looking forward, your goals need to be realistic in terms of how much availability you have and also how hard you want to work. I can push you as hard as you want, but it also needs to be enjoyable. You’ve seen the gains that you’ve made already and that’s probably from a relative modest training load. Add more miles, more training points and you’ll be amazed at what is possible.
