Bimble💙 & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Bimble Pace (RPE: 3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

Fun Bimble with the Gang. Probably a bit slow, but was trails. Did Strides on station – took a bit to get back into these, but then felt ok.

Great work Ben. I think if the group is ever a little bit slow, take the opportunity of you do a long stretch just to speed up a little. For example on this one if you came over the railway bridge and had a long run down the hill, just inject some pace, loop back and then settle in with the group again. If you slow down too much it could possible have a detrimental effect, but we don’t need to worry too much about that now.
