O dear o.dear I take it all back. I will not do what’s on my programme 😂😂 , no I have a technical problem my watch run out of battery but I did a steady 10 k run today instead of Saturday ,but it was not recorded . I will do my long run Saturday now ,so I can keep an eye on my pace and distance ok my watch did work for 10 minutes as you can see on Garmin

No worries. Good idea to switch them over and make sure you watch is charged up. Better for that to happen in training than on race day. Saturday can be a good day to do a long run as normally a lot of runners around in the morning for parkrun.
