The week started well with a strong hill session on Tuesday. I felt more tired at the end of the week which was reflected in a harder run today with the wind against me 2nd half.

Really well done Alison. Another strong week with all the sessions completed. I know the Saturday run was a little tough, but that does happen sometimes, and not all runs will be perfect. But you’ve some real consistency in your running right now and I think that will help going forward. Keep up the great work.
