Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Considering the weather the run was enjoyable m Please with the strides aa I due to the wet ground I felt I held back. But the pace was still good for me. My posture felt relaxed.

Fantastic work Sue. I thought loads of people would stay at home given the weather had been so bad, but it was a great turnout. Something we should be proud of as run leaders to inspire that many people to come out and run in the rain. Well done for getting the strides done. I’ve noticed a few times of late your posture looks good, a big improvement on this time last year and something to keep working on.
