Plan 7 – Week 2

  • 8th - 14th September

It’s been a full week, but I have enjoyed it, despite all my aches and pains. 2 weeks off work to look forward to and Rome. 😊

have a sort of plan to do rye to Hastings then fast walk back for my car- good ultra training.
