So nice to be running again, I had a couple of twinges from the legs but I think thats more from not having ran in 10 days. Hopefully they will be fine in the morning which will be good and will be a little confidence boost. Will have my treatment tomorrow evening too which should also help further.

Nice to catch up and chat. Very pleased they felt ok and fingers crossed the rest has done the trick. Very happy if you wanted to run with HY on Thursday and do the 15k Sunday. In fact I would actively encourage that. Both perfect replacements for the sessions we currently have in the schedule.
