I think it done me good having Wednesday off as I was working. I got this done at home in the gym. Had a good stretch before and after and only used light weights as I’m a wimp 😂 and struggle otherwise 🙈

Don’t worry about using light weights. You’ll build strength in time. To be honest, we want to be doing these kind of workouts into our 70s, they are so important for everyday life and movement. So there’s no hurry to ever increase the kgs you are lifting. You’ll know when the time is right to add a little bit more extra weight. Really well done Michelle.
