Plan 1 – Week 6

  • 8th - 14th September

My highlight this week was today’s long run or Monday’s 5k race pace run. It was challenging but fun. It was really good that I pushed myself and I managed to make it in the pace. The long run 130 minutes was enjoyable.

Thank you Simon for another great plan this week.
