Wednesday night run and parkrun missed due to illness

Very disappointed to have missed 2 runs this week. Looking forward to having a better week next week.

If I’m right, then that’s the first run you’ve actually missed (I know you’ve rescheduled a few). So through week 10 you’ve completed 96% of your sessions. Believe me, that’s fantastic and well above the average. Sometimes it’s important to look at the bigger picture and not be disappointed at ourselves, especially if the circumstances are out of our control. You’re doing great. Last week won’t make any difference. We go again with just 2 more weeks left in this first training plan.
