Well done Klare. No worries on the feedback. As long as it comes in I can then make adjustments. Are you a desk worker? I tend to find those with glute problems (including myself) are often caused my long hours at our desks rather than the running itself. Adding in some daily stretches can help or just getting up and moving if possible whilst at work. I’ll get the Rye to Hastings added to the plan.
