Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Surprisingly quite enjoyable, as that’s usually one of my least enjoyable runs of the week. No strides, sorry – just can’t manage them that early in the morning, when I’ve done a tough session the night before. Will do them on Friday

Well done Joe and no worries about the strides. As long as they get done that’s the most important thing. Well done for getting up so early, although compared to Matt E it’s actually quite a sensible time to run it seems 🤯
