Plan 1 – Week 12

  • 8th - 14th September

Unfortunately, I just happen to be in a period with work where I am insanely busy, and I don’t get time to focus on much else.

Tuesday was the only day with a normal finish time, with the rest of the week around the 7/8 even 8:30 mark πŸ˜–

Hopefully things settle down soon and I can make a bit of headway in the workload!

However, overall very happy with the plan and probably feel further along than expected by this point!

No injury issues

I had the issue at the ancient trails, but that doesn't seem to be there anymore, so pretty sure it was just my body saying it didn't have the right prep for what I was asking πŸ˜†

COACH

Firstly, still a really good week. I had increased the target from the original one (130) to try and account for last week. So you hit 93% of the original target and managed to get the key sessions done. You’ve also done the right thing. Sometimes rest is better than pushing through when you fatigued and obviously work and life events like moving house add to that. I’m also really happy where you’re at right now, so don’t feel like a few missed sessions are going to set you back. What we can do though, if time is limited, is make the best use of your availability so we do hit the targets. As for Sunday? What? πŸ˜‚ Why not? Perfect way to spend your birthday. By all means move them to another day.
