Well what can I say ,heart rate low , hit my pace well Nearly πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ. With no help with my shoes . I do find the quicker I go the better I fell all round ie my feet , knees and back . No niggles or injuries by the way I wrote this before I read next week schedule
