Plan 1 – Week 9

  • 8th - 14th September

Did an extra exercise class on Saturday. A 1 hour strength and conditioning one. I did my strides but cut them down to 4.

A good week. Had time to fit everything in and pleased there were runners to join today for the long run. Really happy with how today’s long run went and being able to finish strong.

No injury issues
