60 Mins & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🤬 Way off pace today

PACE

Ran round a lake as no pavement where we staying. Had to battle wind and rain. Plus chased by a goose Legs felt heavy. Not surprised after last few days. Climb alot of hills and steps yesterday. Kept wanting to stop but was able to push that thought to the back of my mind. Strides- worked on form. Looking at Rye photos my head seems up more than down .

Really well done Sue, especially given the last few days you’ve had. Some runs are about building resilience and mental strength and this was another of those. Good to hear your comments about the Rye photos. I think posture is something you’ve definitely improved upon and it’s something we can continue to work on going forward. I never stop trying to improve mine.
