60 Mins Easy

LOAD: 18

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Keep that RPE down. You want to be able to run and chat, speaking of which, joining a group can add to the enjoyment here.

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

46 min instead of the hour legs are a little grumpy and there is noe more benefits to be had by pushing through this close to the main event but something is better than nothing 💪

Yeah sensible decision and see how you get on with the session this week. I agree, no real benefit to doing the 30 mins either. All about trying to have you ready for race day and rest might be the better option sometimes. Try not to overthink it though as that can make it worse. Ultimately just roll the dice on race day and see what happens. You’ll probably be working so hard at the 10 mile mark that your legs will be the last thing you are thinking about.
