Nice easy effort today on the bike it was super windy out there but I dodged the rain hopefully the legs will be grateful for it later as they were pretty tight this morning but not painful so thats good. I may swap the s&c today for a stretching/yoga program if i can find a good one on you tube.

All sounds positive and happy if you want to leave out the S&C. All about managing the workload over the next week or so and ensuring you are fresh for race day. But much happier today than where we were a couple of weeks ago.
