Plan 19 – Week 13

A decent week. Pleased with my sub 20 parkrun. Felt comfortable for the most part expect the last 1.5km. Bit worried about the glute Friday evening but seemed to sort itself out. Marathon pace felt tough on Sunday but eventually fell into place quite nicely.

Improved once I ran Saturday morning.
