Great work Paul and pleased to hear you are feeling so strong. I’m really pleased with how our plans have gone. Couldn’t have gone better. And in my head I’ve succeeded what I set out to do and I’m fairly chilled about race day now. What will be will be. Even if it were to end in disappointment we can then utilise the fitness we’ve build up over the past 16 weeks to kick on an achieve more going forward. 1 run doesn’t determine success or failure. And that’s even more important in a marathon. That said. I’m confident we’ll achieve our goals. Especially if we have that relaxed mindset in the build up.
