No it so easy, easy! I wanted to practice the hills of Hastings. Tried to maintain a pace up the hills.

I have slowly been removing the word “easy” from these sessions as let’s be honest, no run is truly easy. Really good idea to get some hills in. On HHM day, if the pacer gets it right, it won’t be the pace up the hills that earns you that sub 2, it will be the pace on the flats and the downhills, and the ability to just keep going up this hills. So I wouldn’t fret if you’re way off target pace going up Queensway. For example when I paced I was aiming for 5:12 per km. Up Queensway the pace dropped to 5:50-6:00 per km at times. Well done Lou, another session banked.
