COACH

Great work Lou, an excellent week and loads of positivity. In terms of hills Tuesday, yes by all means. Same training pts as 75 mins easy, and far more interesting. So would be great if you could join the group for that. Saturday, pretend I never told you this, but I should be at parkrun and doing my Marathon pace which is around 7:45-7:50 per mile, very close to your 5k pace. I’ll be running beforehand so likely just jump in 4 or 5 rows back from the start at 9am, but if you wanted to use me as a pacer of sorts, that could help. Basically if you’re running at a similar speed to me at parkrun Saturday you’re going to clock a decent parkrun time, low 24s.
