Plan 1 – Week 12

Really pleased with how it’s going. How well it’s going is evidenced in my times. The fact that runners like Lewis Parsons, Sam Evans, Steve Hoath etc are the only ones ahead of me in club championship races pleases me massively. Feeling very proud of my progress. Paul Lambert commented today on how surprised he was to see me finish where I did. Feels great!

Just need to stretch more – nothing major

COACH

Another really strong week and quite pleased that you have that little tinge of disappointment at missing the strides, show how committed you are to the plan right now. More of the same please. And fantastic achievement Sunday, just a comment like that from Paul can be so pleasing, he certainly knows a bit about what a decent time looks like. No worries about switching up those sessions. If you do cycle to work at all this week then you can leave the 30 mins easy. You’d need 90 mins of cycling to get the same effect at that easy run. Keep up the great work Joe.
