Found it much harder than last Wednesday for some reason but just pleased I got out. 31 minutes only but better than no run. 2.60 miles at 12:10/mile.

Well done for getting out Ellie, something is always better than nothing. Very rare we don’t have a Sunday long run a club so I appreciate that makes it tricky for those who like running with others.
