Plan 2 – Week 20

This has been a long stretch of training with no injuries or niggles. I have been building since November and now have a very solid base.i donโ€™t need to push hard. Iโ€™ll probably run within myself doing hills on Tuesday.
Iโ€™m back to work next week so will make an effort to get to Tuesday sessions but will likely move some of my Wednesday sixty minute runs to Thursday Mornings which will make sense further into the winter in order to get daylight and not leave work too early. Iโ€™ll.ay it by ear and mix and match.
I transferred a payment to cover 16 Tuesday efforts sessions. Iโ€™m sure that must be due about now.

No injury issues

And ultimately that’s where the success comes from. Stay injury free, keep consistency and those results will follow. It’s so good to see you get the rewards for sticking with the plan. No worries if you wanted to switch Wednesdays to Thursday mornings. I’m not a fan of running in the dark in the winter so tend to avoid Horntye. Thank you for the payments, I think you overpaid a while back so had quite a lot of credit, we have a record of it all anyway, so never any issues.
