A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains. Run tall and proud.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😬 Too fast

PACE

I felt good today so went the fastest I felt comfortable doing rather than the target pace, so quicker than expected!
Alison Gray
Great to hear Alison. Target pace will always be a guide and if you can go faster and remain consistent, then definitely do that. There’s a noticeable improvement in your arms now as you’ve reduced a lot of the upper body rotation which will help you be more efficient and run at a quicker pace. I really feel like this last week or so we are starting to notice the improvement in your fitness, which is perfect timing with HHM approaching.
