Plan 1 – Week 10

A good week. The highlight was Thursday as I felt particularly strong that evening. I enjoyed the Rye to Hastings but would have liked to have been a bit quicker. Although I was nervous to overdo it before the half marathon.

Good thing was the initial target was 100pts, so even with the strides missing we went beyond that. Another excellent week. No worries about the schedule, there are always ways around it and why it’s so important just to reach out and let me know, so I can make those tweaks.
