Plan 1 – Week 1

I am at the start of my plan and like what I’ve done so far and it helps to motivate me.

No worries about Sunday, slightly out of your control given the surprise. What I’ve done is make up for that by adding 10 mins onto some of the long runs later on the plan. So that’s kind of the way I operate, with the idea being even if you miss the odd session, come the end of the training plan, with those tweaks we’ll still hit the targets. Glad it’s helping to motivate you and that’s one of the best things about having a plan, especially when the weather starts to turn as well. Well done Maria and thanks for the feedback. This will be really important going forward in tracking your progress and making those slight adjustments.
