Another medical mystery. I woke up feeling a bit deaf in my right ear yesterday but cracked on with the required routine of childcare and S&C. By late afternoon the deafness had increased, I was feeling dizzy and nauseous. I had to dip out of a planned birthday meal out to celebrate my birthday on Monday so the rest of my London fam went out while I had a lie down and doze! Felt better this morning but was a bit hesitant on my easy run. When my watch unexpectedly conked out at 35 mins, I ran the rest of the way back – maybe ?? 15 mins? But gave up after that so, sorry, no strides today coach, much as I love them! I will now rest as best possible while still carrying out childcare duties and (tomorrow) travelling home.

Crikey, that sounds a bit worrying. See what happens but worth getting that checked out if it happens again. Obviously no worries about the slightly shorter run or missing strides. Sensible to take it easier in those circumstances. Just hope you feel ok going forward.
