Plan 3 – Week 10

I couldn’t do park run or Thursday Bimble due to family commitments and it made me really grumpy. I had all good intentions of catching up on a different day but in all reality this will never happen as my working life is hundred miles an hour then got to squeeze the other stuff around i! Got to write it off and try again next time! I’m looking forward to Efforts and Bimble Thursday before the big Hastings half!

I think we have to appreciate that your job and lifestyle means at times the plan is going to be interrupted. And it’s important not to be disappointed in yourself for that and quickly move on. Every week offers a new opportunity to go again and you’ve said multiple times, the most important thing for you is being part of the group, rather than chasing perfection. So it’s case of doing the best you can, with the time you have, and enjoying the experience.

Thank you. Over the worst of it now and just hoping I can top up my energy levels to get round on Sunday.
