Pleased with that. My 2nd 8 min rep was just a tad faster than the 1st one. Didn’t go all out on the 1 min reps as you advised to ensure there was some left in the tank. I was aiming for 8 min mile for the 8 min reps and 7 min mile for the 1 min reps so think the pacing was good 😊.

Exactly the way to run this session, especially as we’ve not done much in the way of real speed stuff. Pacing was great as well, absolutely nailed it. It’s quite a challenging session, not one of my favourites to run (I did it Tuesday) but will definitely help the fitness. Great job Lou.
