Tackled the hills of Hastings. Tried to work on maintaining pace if I’m to follow SB the sub 2hr pacer. I’ve been doing my homework on her pacing strategies. Calves felt tight most of the run and got a couple of juicy big toe blisters but apart from that all good 😊

Probably still a little tight from Sunday’s efforts. Good idea to check out her recent HHM attempts on Strava and then you know what to expect in terms of the pacing, but I think she’d be a good one to trust. Well done though Lou.
