Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Good run. Great conditions. WU, strides and CS also done with Michelle. PB for this year. Just looked at Park Run App doesnโ€™t say a PB as managed to get 23.15 last year ๐Ÿ˜ฉ I feel confident I can beat this after the half though ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Fantastic running Lou and I think this shows that you’ve definitely made progress on this plan. And yes if we focus on the shorter distances after the half then no reason we can’t continue to edge closer to that PB.
