Original target pts on the plan was 110, hence why I put 100% achieved, even without a couple of S&C sessions. Yeah I think your primed to run a strong race at Hastings and hopefully the PacePro plan works. You could be as much as 2-3 mins behind pace at the top of Queensway so don’t panic if you do find the first third strong. The way you are running you can make up that time towards the end. Well done on another strong week Jamie.
