Felt good, just coming out of being ill so didn’t quite manage my pace but feeling strong for the half.

Well done Jamie, good session ahead of the half and no worries about the pace. There’s no real pressure or time expectation on this week. I’d much rather you just go out and enjoy it. The 1:50 was just me having confidence in you as to what I think is possible. But even if you ran 2:05, but enjoyed the experience, I’d be happy.
