Hastings AC have some really strong runners, so this is a very good session for sub 20 5k athletes. Tuesday’s they normally do longer reps and between 25-30 mins of running.

3×6 minutes or 666 the devils workout as Rhys call it, and 3×3 minutes. Pushed hard and I can see improvements, starting to get closer to extremely strong runners and over the moon with that. Pretty much improved with every rep!

I think there lies the biggest benefit of track that you have that target to chase with those quicker runners. It gives you that incentive to keep working hard to close that gap to them. Sounds like a great session and you smashed it again. Awesome work Jack.
