A really good session to do as a group the week in the lead up to a half marathon. It gives you an opportunity to run a few miles at goal pace and also get some speed in the legs.

As I’m not running the HM, obv this should have felt a little lighter than usual, and it did. I’m finding I can hit the target times on these track sessions now.

Well done Kev. Sorry I had you down as running the half. My mistake, I’ve updated the plan now though so this weekend is slightly different. Still nice to do an easier session and good to include that variety.
