That session really could not have gone any better. I’ve got my motivation back. Everything felt right. Felt like I had a real nice flow to my running. Nothing felt forced. Reps felt comfortable up until the last 2, but even those weren’t too bad. Buzzing after that

These sessions are great as it can be a real confidence boost that actually half marathon pace isn’t that quick. Although I noticed you dipped under nicely (which is fine by the way, shows you are running really well). Really pleased you enjoyed it too and are embracing the training right now. It’s my approach these days and this may sound silly, but quite looking to get the marathon done so I can smash out some more sessions 😂
