😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

All done, Only got 4 x strides in as for some reason could feel it in my calf (tight) when I started the strides so didn’t push it. Other than that all good 😊 πŸ‘. Looking forward to Sunday. Will take the week off after sunday as recommended then hoping to work on improving my times in 5k, 10k and now half marathons. 😊 Good luck for the weekend

No worry on the strides, that is the sensible thing to do this close to a goal race. Sounds like a good plan going forward and the week off is always advised. Let’s hope it’s a great weekend all round. Your running well Dan, just focus on staying relaxed and running with good form, especially in those tough moments and I’m sure it will go great.
