The big one!! For most of us at least. Try to have a clear pacing strategy and don’t go off too fast. The early hills will be tough, but if you dig deep and don’t panic, it’s gets easier once you hit the ridge. Go smash it!

1:32:19. Course PB by over 5 minutes and my best time on this course since 2017. More in the tank too. Wore non-carbon plate trainers also.

That is a fantastic time on this course in those conditions. Really shows that you’re in a good place right now but with the possibility of improving.
