Plan 2 – Week 22

  • Sep 29-5

Have definitely backed off a little in the last ten days but my next goal is four months away in mid February so no need to push hard. Nice to have a rest week now. It is Wednesday morning and I’ve just done an easy run along the coast for about forty minutes. Work might get in the way the next few weeks but I’ll be in a good rhythm.
Congratulations once again on Chester marathon. Great to see you and Paul nailed it your targets.

COACH

Cheers Conal. I’ve actually put together your next plan and there is an assessment on the dashboard. The first two weeks are light, so if work does get in the way that’s not a problem. The real marathon training starts a few weeks later. Any questions just ask, but well done on such a successful training plan.
