The big one!! For most of us at least. Try to have a clear pacing strategy and don’t go off too fast. The early hills will be tough, but if you dig deep and don’t panic, it’s gets easier once you hit the ridge. Go smash it!

Gave myself a target of under 2 hours, and did it! 😊 Really happy that I paced it well and ran it all (apart from couple of water stops). Really dug in along seafront, but was then determined not to walk. Overall really happy!
