Struggled with this one today. Got it done with no real problems except my joints are all aching, wrists, shoulders, knees, hips 😕 not sure if it’s the weather changing or the arthritis playing up. Got a hospital appt next week so will see if they can throw any light on it🤞

Really sorry to hear that. Hopefully it is just the changing in seasons, but definitely keep an eye on that as we don’t want to do anything that is going to make things worse or cause and injury. Well done though Andy.
