The big one!! For most of us at least. Try to have a clear pacing strategy and don’t go off too fast. The early hills will be tough, but if you dig deep and don’t panic, it’s gets easier once you hit the ridge. Go smash it!

Struggling with a cold going into it. Warm up went well and I enjoyed the first 8 miles but then I got fatigued. I know I can do better but happy to have completed.

Sorry to hear you struggled at the end and I think we both know you have better in you. But all that work you’ve done to this point will leave you in a good position to build on that. With some good winter training we’ll have you primed and fitter than ever come the Spring.
